Fallon Ellender brings a thoughtful, service centered approach to real estate, shaped by a diverse background in culinary arts, wine education, yoga instruction, and entrepreneurship along the Emerald Coast. Her philosophy is grounded in precision, integrity, and creating experiences that help people feel cared for. She sees homes the way she once saw recipes, paying attention to the details, flow, and overall lifestyle they support.
Serving from the heart has guided Fallon throughout her life. What once showed up in the kitchen as comfort and connection now shows up in helping clients find the places where their own lives and memories will grow. She focuses on keeping the process steady, clear, and personal, offering an experience that feels calm and supported.
Originally from south of New Orleans, Fallon grew up in a culture rich with community and hospitality. She later spent time in the Clearwater and Tampa area, but the Gulf Coast remained her anchor. The Niceville and Destin area offered the blend of coastal living, community, and lifestyle that fuels both her cooking and her work in real estate.
Fallon graduated in Culinary Arts from the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University, where she also studied business. She is a sommelier and wine curator, continuing her wine studies through the Society of Wine Educators. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher with more than 14 years of teaching experience. Her professional path includes running a private chef and wine business, teaching yoga, owning a paddleboard and SUP Yoga company, and working with buyers in the Florida Panhandle.
These experiences taught her the qualities she relies on today: patience, attentiveness, clear communication, and calm leadership. Clients and colleagues describe her as organized, dependable, detail oriented, and solution focused, with a steady presence that helps create a sense of ease throughout the process.
Fallon supports the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute Alumni Chapter, local wellness groups, and coastal preservation efforts across the Emerald Coast. She maintains memberships with the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, Yoga Alliance, the Society of Wine Educators, the Nicholls Alumni Federation, and the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute Alumni Chapter.
Outside of real estate, Fallon spends much of her time on the water paddleboarding or freediving, exploring springs, fishing, hiking, cooking, or staying active with her teenage son. She also enjoys mixed media painting and finds her sense of calm both underwater and in the kitchen. She also has a love for sharks.
